About Me

My path has had its twists and turns

Intuition has been a strong presence in my life since childhood, but becoming comfortable with that part of myself was a gradual process.

I grew up around plenty of scepticism, even though there was also a strong thread of intuition in my family. When I was younger, some of what I experienced frightened me. At times, being out and about or in certain settings could feel like an overload of impressions I didn’t know how to manage, so I tried to push them away.

For years, I kept that side of myself mostly private. Even as people have become more open about experiences they describe as psychic or intuitive, I know how uncomfortable it can feel to risk being dismissed or ridiculed. That concern kept me quiet for a long time, so I understand the mixture of curiosity, doubt and wondering who you can safely talk to about these experiences.

Through meditation, training, practice and my own experiences, I gradually became more comfortable with my intuition and learned to appreciate it rather than push it away. I still make room for questions and doubts. Sometimes the information I receive baffles me too! I approach it with curiosity, care and respect, without needing to turn every experience into a certainty.

What brought me back to readings

Earlier in my practice, I questioned the value of private readings. So often, I seemed to be sharing things people already knew: how they felt, what they were facing, or the appearance and personality of someone they had loved. I couldn’t quite see the point of telling someone what they already knew, or understand what value I was really offering. For a while, I stepped away.

What changed my understanding was partly seeing people’s responses, and partly a conversation with one of my teachers, who helped me see the value of a reading differently. Sometimes hearing something you already know can bring reassurance or confirmation. Sometimes it can help you trust something you’ve been sensing but questioning. And when someone you’ve lost comes through in a way that feels recognisable to you, the value may simply be the comfort and sense of connection that experience can bring.

I began to understand that a reading doesn’t have to reveal something extraordinary or tell you what to do to be meaningful. Many people who come to me are already intuitive themselves. You may be looking for another perspective, reassurance around something you’ve been sensing, space to explore what comes through, or simply the experience of seeing what unfolds.

For me, that’s an important part of the value of a reading. My hope is that you leave with something meaningful to reflect on, while feeling more confident in your own perceptions rather than needing someone else to supply the answers.

Supporting your independence

Empowerment is central to how I work. I want you to feel more able to navigate your life in a way that fits your values, needs and circumstances. I don’t want you to become dependent on me, or on readings, to make decisions.

A reading can offer a useful pause and another perspective. Give yourself time to reflect, notice what holds meaning and decide what you want to do with it. Your life remains yours to shape.

How I approach your reading

I try to describe what I receive before putting an interpretation on it. Sometimes we explore an impression further, a little like seeing how pieces of a puzzle might connect. I distinguish what I’m receiving from what we are considering together, and leave room for something to remain unclear.

The experience of reading can be difficult to put into words. I can explain how it feels to me, without claiming a complete explanation of how it works. We don’t need identical beliefs, opinions or values; what matters is mutual respect and a willingness to explore honestly.

Experience and ongoing learning

I’ve worked in complementary therapies for many years, alongside offering psychic and intuitive readings. I also work as a sound therapist through Sound Flow, bringing intuition together with my musical background.

My training includes a Certificate in Channelling and Mediumship from the Awareness Institute, as well as further workshops, group practice and one-to-one training. I also hold diplomas in energy healing, sound healing and transformative meditation facilitation.

My professional experience has included being on faculty at the Awareness Institute in Sydney as a trainer and practitioner, contributing to the Meditation Facilitation Diploma, Energy Healing Student Clinic, Mediumship Practice Groups, and sound healing events. I have also worked as an Associate Teacher and Tutor with the UK-based Sound Healing Academy.

Through Sound Flow, formerly Music Meditation Motivation, I run workshops, private and corporate sessions, group meditation and sound baths. I also occasionally offer readings in the Psychic Reading Room at Sydney’s Mind Body Spirit Festival.

Teaching and supporting students in energy healing, sound healing and meditation has been part of my work across different organisations and my own workshops. I continue to participate in practice circles and further training for my own development. There will always be more to learn, and people whose experience can help me grow.
