Booking Terms

By booking a reading with Key of See, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments and payment

Readings are available to adults aged 18 and over. Online readings take place via Zoom.

Payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

In-person readings in Castle Hill, Sydney, are available by prior arrangement. Please contact me before booking an in-person appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge or cancel for a full refund.

If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, your payment is non-refundable, but you may reschedule your appointment once at no additional charge.

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me beforehand, the payment is non-refundable and a new booking will be required.

These terms do not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If we do not connect

Occasionally, a reading may simply not feel as though it is connecting.

Within the first 10 minutes of the reading, either of us may choose to stop the session if it does not feel as though a useful connection has been established. You may then choose either a full refund or another appointment at no additional charge.

If you choose to continue beyond the first 10 minutes, the reading will be treated as having proceeded as booked.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, I will do my best to make good use of the time remaining, but the session will normally still finish at the scheduled time so that later appointments are not affected.

If I am responsible for a significant delay, I will make sure you receive the full time you booked or arrange another suitable solution with you.

Zoom and technical difficulties

For online readings, you are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and a device capable of using Zoom.

If a minor technical problem occurs, we will do our best to continue the session. If significant technical difficulties prevent the reading from going ahead, we will arrange a suitable solution depending on the circumstances, which may include rescheduling the remaining session time.

The nature of a psychic reading

Psychic readings are intended to offer insight, perspective and an opportunity for reflection. I do not claim that information received during a reading is infallible or that future events are fixed.

You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions. Information shared during a reading should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal or financial advice.

I do not diagnose health conditions, prescribe treatment, provide legal or financial advice, or guarantee particular outcomes.

Mediumship may arise naturally during a reading, but contact with a particular person who has died cannot be guaranteed.

Confidentiality and privacy

I treat what you share during your reading as private and confidential, subject to any circumstances in which disclosure may be required by law.

Personal information collected when you enquire or book is handled in accordance with the Key of See Privacy Policy.

Recording

Please ask before recording any part of your reading. You may make a recording for your own personal use with my agreement, but it must not be published, shared publicly or used commercially without my written permission.

I will not record your session without your knowledge and consent.

Respectful conduct

Readings are intended to be respectful and collaborative. I reserve the right to end a session in the event of abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Booking Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
